The shipping costs of store orders for physical products are variable depending on the weight of the package and the location it is intended for.

We use the official rates of Correos for both standard packages and certified shipments.

Spain: The usual reception period is 7/10 working days (high). If you do not arrive after a reasonable period, you must contact us by email. The shipment does not have a tracking system. Normal envelopes are used, personalized shipments are not made, and CORREOS does not attend delivery notes, nor delivery to someone other than the owner (be it concierges, doormen, etc.).

Shipments to Europe are made by ordinary mail with a transit period between 10/20 working days.

Shipments to the rest of the world are made by ordinary mail with a transit period of 20/40 business days.

Subscriptions are NEVER part of promotions, offers, shipping discounts, or any other promotion. They have their fixed and unique price.

The orders that the payment is made by means of credit card in account or bank authorization we have to complete them manually. Since there is no direct communication between the payment method and the online store. This does not affect the natural course of the order, since we receive confirmation directly as soon as it is made.

If your payment method is by depositing in our bank, and you have not made the payment in 30 days, it is canceled. You can retrieve it whenever you want by sending an email.
